Having 18 years of experience in the fitness industry managing clients and owning gyms, and with 4 years of service in the Royal Australian Army, Ricky has led and mentored in many different roles including operational experience in Afghanistan. For the past two years Ricky has managed the Andrew Russell Veteran Living program, providing a ‘Housing First’ solution for the overpopulated homeless veteran community. He is driven by the mission to ‘End Veteran Homelessness’ and understands stable housing, along with the right supports can provide positive outcomes.
