Aboriginal Services Manager, St Patrick's Community Support Centre

Pauline, a Whadjuk/Yued woman, worked within government for more than 20 years within both corrections and justice prior to joining St Pat's. Pauline has significant experience managing teams within the learning and development space in addition to designing workplace systems, guidelines and workforces that focus on informed ethical and cultural opinion, social justice, and human rights.
 
Pauline works with the St Pat’s Djenabidet Kalleep  team who together run a suite of culturally directed programs operated by experienced Aboriginal outreach workers, Heath connector and Peer Navigators.
