Natalie Clark

Manager, Manager, Housing Policy Quality and Review, Homes NSW

Natalie Clark has 17 years’ experience in the NSW social housing sector. She is currently the Manager of the Housing Policy, Quality and Review Team and is leading on an initiative to better support mobility for Homes NSW Aboriginal clients. She is also working in strategic partnership with Corrective Services NSW to improve housing outcomes for inmates. Natalie is passionate about supporting vulnerable people and strives to break disadvantage through her work in private market assistance, crime prevention and antisocial behaviour, domestic and family violence intervention and prevention, and Aboriginal service delivery reform.

She has previously worked on the former Family and Community Services (FACS) response to the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse, the Domestic Violence Death Review Team, the Housing and Mental Health Agreement, and transitioning Homes NSW tenants and clients from the former Ageing, Disability and Home Care agency to the National Disability Insurance Scheme. This experience has shaped Natalie’s person-centred, holistic and collaborative approach to service delivery.
