Leah is Manager of Tenant Engagement at Housing Choices where she is responsible for ensuring tenant voices are heard and used to influence service delivery. She has over 30 years’ experience in the homelessness sector including frontline services, consultancy, information systems, and collective impact projects. She is internationally accredited in Housing First training and is passionate about using Housing First and other evidence-based approaches to end homelessness.
