Jessie Robinson is a proud Gamillaroi woman with a profound commitment to addressing homelessness. Her journey in this field is deeply personal, having experienced homelessness herself as a young person in NSW. This lived experience has fuelled her passion and dedication to ensuring dignity and best practice in service delivery. Jessie holds a Diploma of Social Science and is an accredited Australian Housing First Trainer. She has spent several years on the front lines, directly working alongside those in need within homelessness services. Currently, she serves as an Aboriginal Project Officer with Homelessness NSW and sits on the DVNSW Aboriginal Steering Committee. Jessie is dedicated to enhancing equitable service delivery and ensuring that Aboriginal voices are integral in shaping policies and practices that affect their communities.
