As the Nurse Unit Manager of St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney’s Homeless Health Service, Erin leads a specialised multidisciplinary team of both clinical and non-clinical professionals who share her dedication to improving access to healthcare for people experiencing homelessness.
 
As a leader in the homeless health space, Erin has a proven track record in the development and delivery of innovative models of care that have direct and positive outcomes for the community she serves.
 
Erin also currently works alongside people with lived experience to lead the ‘A Right to Home’ campaign, advocating for non-resident people who are homeless to have access to healthcare and the homelessness and domestic violence support they need when in crisis.
 
Erin is passionate about and committed to social justice, equity and ultimately, ending homelessness for all.
