Dr Rebecca Duell

Quality, Research, and Innovation Senior Manager, Brisbane Youth Service

Rebecca is a multi-skilled professional who has worked in the youth sector for more than 15 years. Her experience spans direct service delivery with young people, youth engagement, program design and implementation, strategic planning, and governance roles. She is also an experienced evaluator and researcher. Rebecca has a PhD in sociology and expertise in conducting participatory trauma-informed research and evaluation with young people.  Her work developing monitoring and evaluation systems to drive organisational learning won the Social Impact Measurement Network Australia Excellence in Social Impact Measurement Award in 2019. Rebecca is the Quality, Research, and Innovation Senior Manager at Brisbane Youth Service, an organisation that provides holistic and integrated services to young people and their families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Brisbane.
