Practice Lead - Service Integration, QShelter

Dr Fiona Oates is an experienced Social Worker, author and educator. Dr Oates works for QShelter, the peak body for the Housing & Homelessness sector in Queensland as part of the Service Integration Initiative. The Service Integration Initiative works with organisations to provide integrated systems responses to people experiencing homelessness and/or housing instability.  Dr Oates is an Adjunct Research Fellow at the Cairns Institute which is situated at James Cook University and is a member of the AASW National Research Committee.
