Clare Rowley

Senior Project Officer, SA Housing Trust

For the last 7 years, Clare has worked across many operational and strategic policy development, project management and data roles within the South Australian government’s various public housing and homelessness teams, as well as time within the Adelaide Zero Project. She is currently working as a Senior Project Officer, providing strategic project support for South Australia’s specialist homelessness sector, including the homelessness and domestic and family violence Alliances. A core focus of this role is coordinating the implementation of the SA Homelessness Outcomes Framework. Clare is also a Research Partner with the Centre for Social Impact Flinders University.
