With a high level of experience as a leader in the ACT community services sector, Carley has spent the last 10 years uplifting not-for-profit organisations to operate to their maximum potential. She has a diverse range of experience in early intervention, disability, out of home care, domestic violence, homelessness, substance dependency and mental health services. She is well-versed in government negotiations and has successfully achieved exceptional results in areas of funding, contractual compliance, program development, clinical governance and the management of significant financial portfolios. As a passionate advocate for women, children and families, Carley takes a client-centred approach to her work, striving for the best life outcomes for some of Canberra’s most disadvantaged.
