Brad Kelly

Brad Kelly has over 17 years’ experience across state governments in Victoria and Tasmania. He worked extensively across the adult corrections system in Victoria and delivered strategic reforms to both the parole and community corrections systems while also undertaking senior operational and advisory roles. Returning home to Tasmania at the end of 2020, Brad moved into housing and led the development of the Tasmanian Housing Strategy, the state’s first 20-year whole-of-system housing plan which establishes the vision to end homelessness in Tasmania. He now heads up Homes Tasmania’s Government Relations and Strategic Policy team and is an alumni of the Australian and New Zealand School of Government’s (ANZSOG) Executive Master of Public Administration.
