As CEO Trudi is focused on delivering impactful outcomes for communities through diverse housing options and connected communities. Trudi drives HHS’ social mandate, underpinned by a commercial discipline that sets the organisation up for growth and the ability to deliver outcomes across our ten regional and metropolitan Victorian locations.  Trudi is a vocal advocate for increased social and affordable housing and better funding for support services to improve people’s health, wellbeing, connection and economic participation.

Trudi is Chair of CHIA Victoria, a Victorian Director of the Australian Housing Institute and is part of the Geelong Chapter of the UDIA.

Trudi’s credentials include GAICD, MBA with commendation, Harvard Executive Leadership Graduate, Certified Senior Professional with the Australian Housing Industry (SPAHIc).
